Vanessa Pollok joined Michigan Sea Grant in August 2014, serving as the administrative assistant and fiscal officer delegate to the Michigan Sea Grant Extension Program, based at Michigan State University. Vanessa specializes in a variety of areas within the university including grant facilitation (both pre/post awards), program planning, budget analysis, and office management. Outside the office, her favorite activities include travel, backpacking, hiking, and baking.
