Michigan State University will host a Great Lakes Conference as part of Agriculture and Natural Resources (ANR) Week. The conference will be held from
8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. Tuesday, March 5 at the Kellogg Center, Michigan State University, East Lansing.

Though the conference is free and open to the public, advanced registration is required by March 1. Agenda and online registration are available at the conference website.

Attention Educators: Stipends Available

Stipends for $150 are available for the first 53 educators that register, thanks to a grant from the U.S. EPA. In addition to the conference, an educator luncheon is also being provided where information, ideas and materials useful in advancing Great Lakes Literacy in Michigan will be shared.

To become eligible to receive a $150 stipend in support of your participation, you must be registered for the conference and you must complete and submit the Stipend Application form (PDF) by Feb. 27.

Stipend applications should be sent to stew@msu.edu. Forms must be complete in order to be considered. You will be notified about your stipend status by March 1.
