DESCRIPTION:December 16-18\, 2025\n8 a.m.-5 p.m. (Tuesday\, Wednesday)\n8 a.m.-3:30 p.m. (Thursday) \nOjibwa Casino Hotel Baraga\n16449 Michigan Ave.\nBaraga\, MI 49908 \nCommercial fishing operators and fish processors must follow strict guidelines to meet tribal\, state\, and federal requirements for health and food safety. The Seafood Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) certification course is a federal regulation for ensuring that businesses handling seafood products stay up-to-date on requirements and best practices.
