{"id":21,"date":"2013-06-18T17:03:36","date_gmt":"2013-06-18T17:03:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.michiganseagrant.org\/great-lakes-clean-marina\/?page_id=21"},"modified":"2018-10-03T14:20:57","modified_gmt":"2018-10-03T14:20:57","slug":"mission","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.michiganseagrant.org\/great-lakes-clean-marina\/about\/mission\/","title":{"rendered":"Mission"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[et_pb_section bb_built=&#8221;1&#8243;][et_pb_row][et_pb_column type=&#8221;4_4&#8243;][et_pb_text]<\/p>\n<h1>Mission<\/h1>\n<h2>Great Lakes Clean Marina Mission Statement<\/h2>\n<p>The mission of the Great Lakes Clean Marina Network is to ensure that quality of life, economic prosperity and environmental quality are achieved in the Great Lakes Region by increasing participation in Clean Marina efforts.<\/p>\n<p>The Network consists of representatives from private industry, government agencies, universities and non-profit organizations that desire to share knowledge and other resources that promote environmentally sound, economically feasible practices that protect the Great Lakes and support the boating industry.<\/p>\n<p>The Network\u2019s mission will be completed through the leadership of a core group of individuals who are directly involved in their state\u2019s Clean Marina program or clean marina efforts.
