You are invited to the 35th annual Great Lakes Day conference: A Celebration of Progress and Promise! This in-person conference will feature presentations on key Great Lakes issues.

We have an exciting lineup of speakers, including:

  • Mike Siefkes (Great Lakes Fishery Commission Director of Sea Lamprey control)
  • Kris Dey, fisheries (Little Traverse Bay Band of Odawa Indians hatchery manager)
  • Matt Cooper (Grand Valley, Coastal Wetland Monitoring Program leadership team)
  • Jane Elder, policy (author of Wilderness, Water & Rust: A Journey Toward Great Lakes Resilience)
  • Meag Schwartz, education (Great Lakes Great Responsibility founder and Northeast Michigan Great Lakes Stewardship Initiative network coordinator)

This event is free, but online registration is required. Seating is limited to 175!

When: 9:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. ET, Monday, March 3, 2025
Doors open at 8:30 a.m. for registration, networking and coffee.
Where: Brody Hall Auditorium, Room 112 (MSU campus)
(across from Kellogg Center, 219 S. Harrison Road)

Parking: At Kellogg Center (free).
